Green Building
MARG Swarnabhoomi is Indian Green Building Council’s pilot project for platinum-rated city in India.
The well-planned city conforms to environment-friendly green building norms on the different parameters—land use planning, site selection, transportation planning, infrastructure management, and innovation in design and technology.
Translated, this means improved efficiency, reduced operating costs, a tangible increase in productivity, and better employee health. In a larger sense, it can significantly reduce employee turnover and support healthy life for the habitants with consideration for the future generation. Partners and investors benefit from a higher degree of business accountability and corporate–social goodwill.
It is a world filled with fresh air, sound health, and peace that comes with environs so eco-friendly, as great importance has been laid on long-term value with rain water harvesting, solid waste management, and other new-age recycling technology.
