Covelong beach is situatuated in the coastal lines of Chennai.It is also well known as kovalam and famous for fishing .Covelong beach is very popular for its scenic view and lots of historical consequences are happened in the place.It was initially found by carnatic nawab in 1700’s and captured by French in 1746 and finally shattered by British in 1752
